valves to beat the Pistons, crush everything It’s time to Change the Timing
belt. Change the timing belt tensioner Sharpen the valves.

THATS THE TIMING BELT TENSIONER
its 1 or more rockers with lots of wear so they are wiggling around because
the amount of wear and play causing them to hit and move around alot,if it
was the tensioner it would be a different sound

Same problem with mine. Replaced all the lifters. Didnt fix. Checked the
cam. It was fine. Turned out the isuzu has a problem with the rocker arms
shaft wearing down and causing looseness in the valve train. Thats what
fixed the noise in mine.
