I need some advise I suspect I have an air leak on my Isuzu fuel lines between pump and tank it has difficulty starting and when it runs it's fine untill it's left for few hours and then it has difficulty starting Its not good to make assumptions it can be expensive real quick..between the diesel solenoid and filter housing there is pipes that can move around when fideling with it other than that places all hoses seems really snug and leak proof the vehicle has done about 200 000 kilos and with everyday heating and cooling I think hoses should be replaced the lift pump looses hardness over a few hours of down time would you agree that a air leak could be the cause

I will take that diesel out of that thing. Force induction and put it in my 2019 Nissan frontier King cab it will fit perfectly in there . can squeeze 150 horses 280 to 300 ft lb of torque would be perfect. I don't know what kind of boost you would need to get that kind of power out of that small diesel maybe about 17 lb of boost or 25

Typically I add a in-line screen filter before the water separator which is sometimes the last filter before the injection pump

@NRDGarage says:

hello mate, greetings from Indonesia! could you tell us the fuel injection pump part number? we only have the rotary fuel injection pump in the market here and it’s very difficult to find the inline without the part number. Thanks!
