Kenneth Grimes says:

To rescan the pcu it needs to be done by a shop because it screws up everything that it controls basically,or you can buy one already programed for you Year model.

I have a 98 rodeo. I noticed your fuel is empty. Is the gauge broken? I replaced my fuel pump and had to switch it with a 99 Rodeo ECU to get it working again. The old fuel pump was broken so replaced it with a new one. The new one has a different ohm reading. Got the ECU off ebay for $30. Just make sure it says 99 rodeo. not 98/99.. but for sure came off a 99 rodeo.
