@hp11208 aye i made that filter chain removal tool in 1985 from an opel.
old push rod engine timing chain. and a jack handle from a toyota ke 20.
took off many a filter.handy old tool.
Careful, you did somes errors. – Say them that you have to drain first the
oil engine & the oil does not flow as well as directly in the tray, but
splashes the lower parts of the cartridge oil. – Do not use old oil to wet
seal. – The car is on a bridge. –
Hi Liam, live your videos fair play lad. I was just wondering, I’ve started
doing work on my own 05 3litre d max 4WD and I’m gonna perform my first
service on it, how much oil do I fill it with? I know it’s 10W40 oil but
how many litteres do I fill it with? or is it jus a case of adding a bit
and checking the dipstick every so often? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
