and if they will fit on my 2003 G35 sedan? (I believe the headlights havent
changed much between the refresh).

I noticed that when you installed the ballast and HID wire harness that you
didn’t connect a ground wire on the new head light assembly. Does that
ground wire not make a difference? I assumed it would be needed since the
OEM assembly used it.
