A bro what area do you stay in im tryna get mine dn ASAP
looks really good but should have turned on your lights
Looks nice bro!
Any moisture issues?
thumbs up man.
Hey man I did the same mod to my diamond graphite G. Ive noticed a haze
building up on the lens in a small spot. Did this happen to yours?? I
figured my seal wasnt tight enough putting everything back together. Any
suggestions on how to get rid of the haze without pulling everything apart
again? It was a long job to do in the first place.
Do you need to sand the housing at all before painting?
Doesnt the heat of the oven cause the plasti dip to bubble??? Im new to
using plasti dip and was considering this on my legacy’s headlights
How’s it holding up
Looks amazing, i have condensation in my headlights as someone previously
had a go spraying my headlight inserts black like yours, can you help??, i
want to attempt to do the same, 1 to remove condensation and 2 to complete
the black look. Have your headlights been effected i.e visibility in the
dark??
Nice, im dropped eibach pro kit, good choice! You’ll be pretty low tho just
so you know and make sure you get a camber kit.
has there been any sign of peeling?
You have a nice g. Do you know if 245/45/17 will fit on the front of a g35
without rubbing?
I will be putting a DIY video for the Halo Rings installation soon.
My Eibach pro kit is dropping 1.25 inch in the front and 1inch in the back.
with the kit I am also installing Coil overs and new Performance Sway bars.
can u do a DIY on removing the headlights apart?
No it does not affect the Headlights in the Dark since the actualy part
that causes the reflection of the lights I do not paint just the actual
housing. And condensation will be caused by bad re glueing, once you remove
the headlights from the oven you must make sure to apply pressure for about
10 minutes to ensure the lights are glued back together tightly.
you should do a diy in those halo rings
No the oven will not cause bubbling as long as you allow 45 min for the
plasti dip to dry before you insert them in the oven and make sure the oven
is not hotter than 215 degrees.
Looks awesome I’m looking to do this to my tc2 but I’m gonna get some halo
eyes first
I’ll post a video on my description area that will show you step by step
how to remove the headlight housing the way i did it…so you can clean the
inside or paint them!
No Sign of peeling or chipping.I used 5 coats on the headlights.Ive had
them for over a Month and since they are inside the headlight they are
perfect! no way of getting chipping or peeling.
nice job!
Looking good man
Man great job.
What kind of coils? I need some.
After a few months does it still look good? Is the plasti dip holding up?
Thanks
Should have showed how to re apply the glue , I wanna clean the inside of
the head light housing (condensation is a B****) but I’m to worried about
reapplying , looks good though ..my brother has the same car cept his is
midnight blue
Yes Im Actually gonna do the 10,000k blue Halo Rings inside my headlights
in the next month or so.Going to drop my car first with the Eibach pro
lowering springs first.
Nice project! Very much considering doing this after seeing your video and
the new Maxima headlights. Got a G35 myself and was thinking if i do go
about it i would want to do the rear lights as well. Would you know if the
same methods you used to take apart the headlights would work on the
taillights as well.
How long has the plasti dip lasted on each part on your car you’ve done it
on?
