P0301 Cylinder Misfire. How to Diagnose & Repair on Infiniti + Nissan

The vehicle is a 2009 Infiniti FX50. It so happens that most misfires in these vehicles are due to bad coilpacks.
Troubleshooting this was not very difficult, but I had a little trouble getting my large hands to some tight areas.

Update: I changes all 6 ignition coils 2+ weeks ago, car has been running super smooth, then out of the blue when turn the car on i got a P0306, not sure if one of the ignition coils is bad so what i'll do it swap out that spark plug, and swap the ignition coild from bank 2 to 6 and 6 to 2. and then see if i can get that code again…. the car wasnt running weird or idling weird… it was just a code that copped up, so i cleared it and waiting for it to coome back.
