Thanks for this. Got my driver's rear done in about 15 mins. Fought my passenger rear. The lower shock bolt is seized in the bushing sleeve. Called it quits until I can get a new bushing and bolt. Gonna have to cut the old parts out.
I have a 2008. Would this process be the same?

Very good tutorial. Would it be a good idea to put some lubricant on the not threaded part of the bolt bolt at the bottom of the shock?
