For anyone who’s interested, I have a 2003 Pathfinder. All the tubes,
hoses and the yellow clip referenced in the video are exactly the same on
the Pathfinder as the QX4. However, unless you have the longest, skinniest
hands ever, there’s no way to access the drain hose on the Pathfinder from
above. What I did was I jacked up the vehicle and crawled underneath with
an air compressor. As soon as I shot air up inside the hose, about a
half-gallon of water and leaf debris came rushing out so I guess the clog
is gone! Thanks for the advice.

excellent!

A year later and it’s still working great. So apparently just clearing the
crud out of the little hose will fix the problem for a long time.

Good to know if i ever have this issue, thanks!

I wanted to add that this little “fix” has now lasted for seven months. So
it probably took a long time to accumulate the crud that caused the
problem, but the blowing out has lasted, and no more problems regarding
this.

This is VERY helpful!! Thanks for taking the time to record this.
