hi, i’m trying to fix mine but i want to know what are the tools that you used to fix the Parking Brake Shoes. please provide me with the name of the tools so i can but them
I have an 04 Subaru wrx with a parking brake issue. If I pull the parking brake up to park my car (5speed MT) and put it back down when I am ready to drive my wheel starts to squeak when I go. I know for sure its the parking brake but I am just curious as what is causing it to squeak. I am pretty confident that it is also one of the wheels on the drivers side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
check the dust shield where the shoe is held to the shield, the shield may be damaged. Report back and let us know..
This is a great video. Any Idea why my parking barkers are moving off their contact points? They move off and start rubbing on the inside of the rotor cause massive vibration and ,massive heat.
The helmet cam makes me dizzy……………..
