The oil expands when it is heated like transmission fluid when the car has been running and when you check the oil 10 min afterwards like your supposed to it will be higher on the add/full mark, you also shouldn’t add more until it says full for this reason, but other than that great DIY, will help lots of people.
Every auto manufacturer will try to get you to use their branded fluid. The reality is that the fluids are not made by nissan/infiniti, but instead they are blended for them by one of the larger oil companies. The Amsoil products I use for the services of the Infiniti vehicles exceed all nissan/infiniti specifications. I have used Amsoil ATF in all nissan/infiniti transmission for years including the new 7AT transmissions with only positive results.
I noticed that you use Amsoil products in your videos. Their website recommends using Nissan Type S fluid for a G35 automatic transmission. Your opinion/experience?

Could you list all the tools you used in the description? This is going to be my first time doing it.
Can you please put which tools you used in your description?
