Question I have a 2011 g37x the axel you put In looks simple compared to the g37x it seems like there is a housing unit at the end of mine with 6 bolts. You didn’t have this on yours?

Why can’t you just pull the axle straight out? Why do you need the axle puller?
those 5 bolts that circle the axle did you have to loosen them?

I've taken them out in less time than this video took.
The classic lesson was learned here. Right tool for the job.
They make a ball joint separator. Also an axle puller. Both cost about the same price as all those pry bars and hammers.
