Hey, I just want to thank you for this video. I was one of the many who
balked at the expensive repairs for a broken heater core ($900) and figured
I’d be doing a lot of shivering on my drives until I found your vid. I made
this fix per your helpful instruction and now my heat blows strong and
true. Thanks so much for taking the time to illustrate this – I’ve never
done much wrenching on cars and I got it right first time. And to anyone
watching this, may I recommend Rock Auto for your replacement parts – I
found them to be the most inexpensive supplier for new cores.
