Yes, ALWAYS disconnect the negative terminal before fiddling with anything
electrical in the car, whether it be speakers, AC, Fuses etc. Better safe
than sorry.

where should I put ground(black) wire? just any bolt? anyway thank u !

why not just re-wire the ground(black) from the autozone harness to the
stock ground wire? just wondering…..
