work or can i just install an exhaust system, down pipes, and headers?

Joel Vazquez says:

my bad didnt see it

xxdmdxx says:

has this ever thrown off a cel?

Muscle & Motors says:

@niel80 I am not 100% sure but I have seen some of the Genesis Coupe guys
running BOV’s off of their SRT-4’s. I believe it’s the same style.

SLeRoux92 says:

@bmxful It’s atmospherically vented – if it were recirculated you wouldn’t
hear the “pshhh” as it releases the air.

Calvin Ngo says:

Very in depth, step by step. I wish I had gotten the Genesis, but oh well.
I still love the car, and I love the videos, great job, keep up the good
work.

ArmyHooah1 says:

@genesis202able yep, just need an adapter plate to fit the stock
location…

asianandreww says:

@CFLGenesisClub Ohh, okay thankyou

KID_LethalLucky6 says:

where can i buy this BOV?

10fintec says:

@golden290 if anything you do to your car is related to the performance of
the engine in this case(such as intakes) it will void overall warranty.

Leigh Hicks says:

@10fintec eeeeh…. i guess i could take it off when I go into the
stealership?

Volume1216 says:

@CFLGenesisClub how loud is this bov, in comparison to the hks bov?

Steven Bravo Quintero says:

haha nipple…

7inchexhaust says:

Dont own a genesis, but appears that it would be 800 million times easier
if you would have removed the airbox.

vagtuner says:

no boost leak with Forge valves tried and tested …one of the best
manufacturers on the market

candle2k says:

I work at a dealership for Hyundai, and honestly it doesn’t take a Tech to
tell you that it would have been easier to remove the top of the intake box
with the intake tube of of the turbo inlet to allow you to reach in there
easier.

Cody Dickson says:

Oh youtube. These comments kill me.

Muscle & Motors says:

@asianandreww In order to make use of a Blow off valve you need to have
some sort of forced induction like a turbocharger or supercharger. With
just headers/downpipe/exhaust there is no need for a BOV. Good luck!

dude10126 says:

What color spring would you recommend for the stock set up? I’ve heard some
say the one it comes with is too stiff and some say its perfect.

10fintec says:

@golden290 yes 🙂 altho it is a hassle, it’s worth it IMO.

nwalk3r says:

did you need to buy an adapter for it? or did it just fit the stock
location? also did you just get the one from genracer?

Brandon Westlake says:

Extremely helpful thanks

adonis monegro says:

omg thats wat she said on every thing he said

10fintec says:

bjpitbull78 says:

honda4ridered says:

quality? thanks

CWLTT says:

nice vid casey, nice hoodie…

sungminz says:

it was like morning when you started then night after you finished…..
shit bro it took you that long to install a bov??

john nam says:

Leigh Hicks says:

@10fintec why? they can only void that portion of the warranty right?
