How To Replace a MAP Sensor (demonstrated on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra)

Purchase a Genuine Hyundai MAP sensor (39300-2B100) here for the Hyundai Elantra: https://goo.gl/G8lv9V

Purchase the ELM 327 Bluetooth OBDII reader used in this video here: https://goo.gl/PIyTO5

This video shows how to replace a map sensor. It is demonstrated on a 2012 Hyundai Elantra but can generally show what a map sensor looks like and how they are installed. You will need to find your map sensor in your vehicle though (look for service manuals or forms online). For the average DIY, it is often cheaper and time saving just to install a new map sensor if you have one of the following code: P0105, P0106, P0107, P0108, or P0109.

(1) I took out the MAP sensor and cleaned it with MAP sensor cleaner.
(2) Took the throttle body off completely so that I could give it a good cleaning with throttle body cleaner.
Put it them both back on and it's been 3 weeks with no check engine light. Thanks for the video, it helped.

I'm guessing the new sensor worked? You never showed if the code cleared.
