El tensor está mal instalado. La flecha debe estar entre las marcas, esa es la tensión correcta. Así se romperá la correa en un corto periodo de tiempo. Saludos

Love your work. I am just curious as to why you didn't adjust the Auto tension pulley so the adjusted mark lines up with the dip on the black bracket. My workshop manual says after removing the tension pin to turn the Allan rachet counterclockwise until the pointer points to the dip. I did mine as you did yours but I wonder if I am wrong to not follow the workshop manual.
