Just a suggestion, get your coolant tank cleaned thoroughly at every flush as there are residues from old coolant and also it ensures if coolant was mixed with engine oil. Please post videos related to performance tests like 0-100 test, in gear acceleration and fuel efficiency using tank to tank method in city and highway.

Your coolant tank is black. Check if oil is mixing with coolant. Check oil cooler. Green coolant could cause corrosion in coolant lines. It's a good idea to flush coolant lines and check water pump also. Use addon d from Indian oil regularly to improve performance and good for the life of injectors. Try to keep fuel above 1/4 mark. And fill fuel from good pumps.
