Excellent instruction! Thank you.
Thank you sir!
Thanks for the help
Thank you for the information and purchasing link.
Funny. You reassemble it having done everything exactly right and yet the key wont go in. Story of my life!
For those of you who might have trouble with it at 1st make sure you TWIST the flat head while in the insert for it to pop up. I made the mistake of just trying to push up towards it to pry it open and chipped off some of the plastic.
I read this, and couldn't get it done. I watched this, and voila, success. Why read when you can watch a video? Thanks.
Thank you, Very instructive.
Got a low battery alert on my dash a couple of days ago. Surprised I had to look all over Al Gore's Amazing Internet to find this – appears to be the only Youtube video explaining how to do it. Thanks!
Thanks Much Robbie!!
Thanks, just changed the second keyfob battery. I know I should have remembered what to do, but needed another visit to make sure.
I find it hilarious that someone "disliked" this. Unless he/she changes batteries in a Genesis key fob for a living.
Saved me a 100+ mile round trip to the nearest dealer. Bonus: had extra CR2031 batteries that I used for my laptop so did not even leave the house. Thanks!
