What's the deal on the air filters that fit the 2016 Hyundai that don't have the little tabs? Do they matter?
The NAPA replacement has no tabs but works perfectly.
Try $110 at my dealership…what a rip off!! Glad I didn't fall for it!
Use caution & read reviews on the off-brand replacements. I bought https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/232373758279? for super cheap but it fits TOO tight & therefore the locking tabs only turn halfway. The black plastic cover will NOT go on if the tabs aren't turned a full 90 degrees.
