Hello everyone, welcome back to another fsp transmissions video! Merry Christmas to all. I have been working on this video for a few weeks now. This Hummer H3 was dropped off at the shop recently and the transmission was completely destroyed. In this video we take out the hummer transmission, (4l60e) diagnose the issue, spend over $2000 in parts, and get this cherry back on the road!
This transmission failed for 2 reasons ONE due to towing a heavy trailer on long hauls and TWO the valve body had multiple cross leaks, so much so that some didnt even read on the SONNAX vacuum tester. The input shaft was chewed up on the outside from the convertor. This transmission was serviced once before (probably trying to save it) but it was too late to make a difference. i have never seen the reverse input clutch snap ring come off like that so if any of you guys have please let me know. (im thinking for over pressurized reverse circuit) but its up for speculation and i dont want to guide anyone in the wrong direction.

Question, How often do you sopost to change your tranmission fluid?
Great analysis, thank you! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
I definitely like to see you setting up the clearances on the clutch pack
I'm not one to gamble but $2,000 in parts alone for a rebuild plus labor compared to $100 and a half a day walking around the junkyard.. i think I'll take my chances at the junk yard.
*Obviously the vehicle owner may not have the ability to do it himself so like many others they have a shop fix it. 1900 is the cost for reassurance that the motor will likely go before the tranny does again.
Well, damn. What an ending. Honestly a bit disappointing and aggravating. I ditched regular tv because of the advertisements and them always ending episodes on cliff hangers. And here we have a cliff hanger…
Отличный ролик получился у тебя. Не все показывают, то что я увидел здесь. Надеюсь будет ещё, но с другими АКПП.
