I’m in TN. Not very cold now.
No lights flashing.
It happens at any rpm and only notice when it’s in neutral.
Also, I’ve already changed the throttle position sensor and cleaned the
throttle body with carbon cleaner.
Changed the fan clutch and installed new belt.
New plugs and wires.

Chris, How one can tell has limited slip defferential?
I have 2003 Dodge Dakota quad cab 3.9 Liter (6 Cyldr.) 2WD, with about
100,000 miles on it and I would like to change rear deff. gear oil on it,
but I am not sure as to is there need for LSD addtitive or not. I would
like your suggestion and comment.

Hector Lagares says:

Hey Chris. My engine light is not on. To clarify, it is noticeable when the
truck is in motion but in neutral. As I’m about to stop the truck you can
hear the engine, not the fan, engaged as if I’m still in gear. Once I come
to a complete stop, then the engine slows to idle.
I’ll send a video.

Any luck with the video link below?

Your tutorials are clear, detailed, and timely for me. I just purchased a
Ford Ranger, XLT, V6, 3.0, 2wd, regular cab. I followed your instructions
for changing the fan clutch–saved a lot of money.
The truck was very noisy. Now it is quiet but can still hear the engine
stay at a high rpm until I come to a complete stop. It’s not too loud but
makes me feel that something still needs attention. Would you have a guess?
I checked my throttle wire and it’s not too tight. I’ve been considering
changing the throttle body but I’m not sure it’s the problem. I might not
have a problem at all. Love to know your thoughts on it.
