H2 Hummer Overland Project PT2 | Full lockers Snow Test

H2 Hummer Overland Project PT2 | Full lockers Snow Test

Part 2 of the H2 Hummer Overland build, where the budget is to spend less than the cost of a new Jeep Rubicon. We hit the mountains outside Las Vegas for a shakedown where we have an offroad failure, then revisit to the snowy mountains of Mt Charleston to test snow capability. We add a rear tire carrier to the H2, address some interior and receive parts for the next phase of the H2 build. The goal is for the H2 Hummer to be overland capable, in any conditions, with a relatively high degree of capability.

I really like the videos on the hummer and of Josh's truck. I'm a little more partial to the latter because I own a 2001 2500 4×4 burb with the 8.1. Like Josh I have to be very mindful of the budget and it's good to see what can be done to make them better in the dirt/snow, even though I don't see to much snow in Phoenix, AZ. Keep the videos coming .

@Kill4Time255 says:

Having high tire pressure on snow/ice causes them to melt instantly from the ground pressure alone. its important to drop the pressure on the tires to prevent that from happening. beadgrip/beadlock is valuable to go to 8psi and under for deep snow wheeling
