Please help me out man. Around 4 months ago I installed CyanogenMod 10.2
using the CM Installer, and now I’ve decided to upgrade to CM11. I had
ClockworkMod v6.0.4.3 installed and I was able to wipe the data, and
followed all the instructions, but then the rom wouldn’t flash. So then I
upgraded the Clockwork Mod to v6.0.4.8, however, when I try to use wipe
data/factory reset it freezes on wiping cache. After about 5 minutes of
waiting I decided to try again, so I pressed the power button and down
volume together and started up recovery again. I pressed wipe data/factory
reset. It froze again. So then I tried flashing CM11 zip from sdcard but
it says “Can’t install this package on top of incompatible data. Please
try another package or run a factory reset.” I then tried using a USB
device but it when I try to access it’s storage it says it is unable to
mount it. I am at a loss for what to do. Please help me figure this out.
