Hybrids are still gas cars. As long as it has a tailpipe it’s not an ev.

I can answer that battery question. 1 manufacturers warranty DOES NOT cover the battery at all. 2 if you want coverage you have to buy the most expensive additional warranty at time of purchase. Replacing a battery core STARTS at $20K
