Excellent video. This gave me a few different angles from the Carolina
Shooting Supply video. I wish you would have change the camera angle for
the Kreb retainer but I don’t imagine that it will be to difficult…I

exactly the same. I am replacing the hammer spring, with a JTE spring
too. It was less than ten dollars.

what if you cant remove the safety? as in it hits against the trigger

You’re not working on an ak fcg unless you get smacked by that spring

nsz85: Thank you so much for posting this video..!! I have an older WASR 10
(2003) and I just replaced the old slap-happy trigger with a Tapco G2 and
Kreb’s retainer plate. I held my hand over the trigger when I removed the
pin and the spring didn’t fly like it did on you in this video. No problems
getting smacked with the hammer spring. The only thing I did different was
I completely removed the “hook” (which was easy) before removing all the
old parts. What a freakin difference this G2 makes..!! Thanks again.!!!
