This headunit really refreshes the whole honda accord interior. The amount of technology this bring is truly astonishing. 100% This is better than the 2021 Honda accord model.

What’s also a huge plus is it has that oem look to it! It doesn’t look out of place at all.

I’m really happy how this turned out and the install was straight forward besides relocating the screen.

Okay so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2008 EX-L accord. It has non-navigation, premium audio with the sub on the rear deck, as well as dual climate control, (the toggle switches on either side of the climate control buttons, with the Temps shown on the top screen, I want to upgrade to an android panel. Any help with what I should get and or do so I can keep the top screen but have an android head unit?

Logan says:

Question for ya, how long does it take for your phone to connect to the bluetooth? Because that was an issue with my last android tables I installed in my 7th gen accord, it would take a minute for the phone to connect.

Jojo stuart says:

Will this work if the factory radio has already been swapped out for a aftermarket stereo, like a pioneer nex or any other 2din touch screen?

Trung Ky says:

Some things I learned from hooking up this unit in my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L:

1) Apple CarPlay does exist! You just have to click apps in the Android interface > then CarLink (I was afraid at first that I purchased the wrong item! lol)

2) After hooking all available wires, I noticed my AC and remote control (that unlocks/locks my doors) stopped working. I learned that you don't need to use all the wires. I removed the the adapter/wire that connected to my AC climate control unit (this is the one with the extra red/white cables that say AUX IN). Just use the OEM connection to your climate control, or else your car will act kinda funky (and hot)

3) Although the video skipped the part where everything was hooked up (GPS, USB, 4G antennas, etc), you'll figure it all out eventually because the parts won't connect if it's not the right shape. All adapters were uniquely shaped

4) I don't know what the two black 4G cables were for (they're the ones with a black flat piece connected), so I removed it and it didn't mess up anything. I'm guessing these are antennas for cellular connection (if SIM is inserted)
, but not sure

5) Do follow the instructions in the video to mount the OEM display first > then AC middle unit > then the head unit. Getting the head unit on was a b, but I learned a slight trick.. You need to make sure the top of the head unit aligns and the rest will follow. I had to use quick force (like a push/slap LOL) to get it snap in place

6) I did not have to buy any extra parts. With that said, when your device/box arrives, make sure you don't lose any of the things they provided!

Mel Lee says:

is there a connection and connectors supplied for the backup camera??

David Wong says:

Can it add a backup camera?
