@Ritchie No, it can not. there is a air resonator box that is in the way.

I have a 2015 accord sedan sport, I know the bulb size for low beam is h11;
but the fog is it either h11 or h8; and yes I will be using a ballest box.

So can the drivers side be installed like passenger side, Without taking
the housing out?
Any easy way to adjust the beam UP? I found the adjustment screw and it
only moves the light slightly. Mine are not aligned. I was hoping to
raise them up some. Perhaps a few washers on the two screws to pull the
bottom out a little assuming the top clips and tab stay in tight? Thanks!
