To remove the harmonic balancer bolt you can take a 2 foot length of chain
and a carabiner. Take the carabiner and link it to the end of the length
of chain and then to the towing bracket that is at the front of the car.
then take a 5/16th 3 inch bolt and put it through a chain link and then
through one of the holes on the bottom of the harmonic balancer. Using a
24″ inch 1/2″ breaker bar and 1/2 extensions/17mm socket also with a 48″ .
1″ diameter black steel pipe cheater bar (bar is $18.00 at Home depot)
apply pressure and pop loose the balancer bolt. It will sound like you
broke something, but you haven’t. Also your 5/16″ bolt will be bent but
the harmonic balancer should be ok. Also best to do this with the upper
motor mount still in place as there is too much movement doing with the
mounts off. It is the poor mans way of doing it.

One more thing I do not think it is necessary to remove the power steering
bracket. I would remove the center/lower mounting part of the upper
bracket it is only 1 bolt (I think) compared to 2. All said this is a good
video thanks FCAS.
