yeah so mine turns to start and everything but it won’t let me turn it off when I push it in. I have movement with the key just not to the off position
Even if you can start it, the steering wheel is still locked

Ok now unlock the steering wheel

Wafer failure on the ignition cylinder. Common honda issue.
The housing is out of line with ignition lock cylinder
