OHaraSpeaks says:

How do you install a bolt on muffler ? All you do is place it and wrench it
up ?

Sergio Cornejo says:

Those two nuts you broke we’re solid nuts to the exhaust. You were suppose
to turn the other side. And if you would if take the tire off it would if
been ten times easier. Lol I still love the video.

xaviervahidy says:

looking forward to the valve adjustment video!

Matthew Poole says:

You going to start it without the exhaust for shits and grins?! cause that
would be awesome to hear it on video

carrabec99 says:

@rpeek thats cool, just kidding about the comment ha ha ha

speedy75602 says:

the skinny folk of the nation never think about tight spaces that the
horizontally challenged folk have to deal with on a daily basis

The Shade Tree Fix-it Man says:

They come off a lot quicker when you break them for sure! Was that a sled
with a set of Monkey Bars on it right at the end of the video? Must have
been a Harley sled…

rpeek says:

@Busia1949 Never know what you’re gonna see in my neighborhood..

462ANIMAL says:

@McBuck48 LOL yeah we need videos to watch, as long as you put the stands
where they move slip off you’ll be fine to remove the jack. what ever makes
you feel safe.

Bruce Lee says:

Make more video grandfa

rpeek says:

@rollofnickles You know Santa’s going to have elves..

Ashley Killip says:

have you ever fallen asleep under there lying on something so cozy ?

Deadeye990 says:

How did you remove the black rubber hanger?

rpeek says:

@speedy75602 It’s true!

mechadrake says:

I break my tools trying to undo rusted bolts. i guess you have better tools
🙂

McBuck48 says:

I like old moving blankets. I get them from a truck driver friend when
they get holes in them his bos don’t like to use them cause they look bad.
Safty tip for ya…jack your car high enough so you can put a wheel n tire
under the tires so when them wimpy jack stands fold up ya wont get hurt.
Now I’m only thinkin of my self here cause if ya get squished who’s gone
make videos for me to watch all winter ?

rpeek says:

@CarAudioGuy21 Sorry, I was sleepin’.. What did ya say?

The Shade Tree Fix-it Man says:

They come off a lot quicker when you break them for sure!

skaterboy520c says:

although i dont have a eg i do have a ek and ive removed the muffler bolts
tons of times and never broke

rpeek says:

@McBuck48 I use the jack stands for effect, but leave the floor jack in
place also. I had a car fall on me once. One of them big old Buicks. Almost
killed me. I’ve already learned my lesson.

rollofnickles says:

What was that , an Elf on a sled with ape hanger handle bars? What ever it
was it made me laugh.

rpeek says:

@bc65925 Just between you and me I’m savin’ the WD-40 for use on the good
stuff..

rpeek says:

@walkingfreak Yea, I’ll do that once I get the valves adjusted..

rpeek says:

@dkamcomie What! and jeapordize my position in the “Rusty Eyeball car club!

carrabec99 says:

ha ha ha loved the end but bc65925 is right you buy a gallon of wd 40 and
are caught red handed using pb blaster shame shame everyone knows your name
:p ha ha

rpeek says:

@carrabec99 I’m saving the WD-40 to use on my own cars..

mustie1 says:

I like getting exersize mats at yard sales for working on things, and they
make good fender covers too,

231flash says:

So you wasted 2 shots of pent. oil and broke them anyway.

CaseIH232 says:

wtf some guy just cruises by at the end

bc65925 says:

@rpeek Well you’ll be happy to know, right from their web site; What is the
shelf life of WD-40? Indefinite. While some products may have an expiration
date, WD-40 lasts so long that a “use by” date isn’t necessary.

bc65925 says:

You bought a whole gallon of WD40 and you are using PB Blaster. The WD40
Gods shall frown upon you.

rpeek says:

@231flash Wasted, like my life.. hahahaha..

motorsportmach says:

Stuff like that is always better to have the bolts break. If I were you I’d
take a couple of runs down the driveway on that sled just to have a little
fun while working!!!

rpeek says:

@mechadrake Craftsman.. That’s what I use.

shaskins0009 says:

I enjoy your videos. I have a Honda Civic that I’m working on too. Muffler,
Radiator and clutch hydraulics. I managed to get those muffler bolts out
without breaking. PB Blaster did the trick. If you do any brake work on your
Honda, please post a video.

rollofnickles says:

@rpeek Ho Ho Ho…..I thought that’s what dat wuz. 8D

W4TCH4W says:

This guy is funny and fun ! Nothing better than spending time and energy on
your car everyone likes taking stuff off and putting it back on old , junk
cars …

rpeek says:

@bc65925 Well I can’t seem to win. Every time I use WD-40 someone yells at
me for not usin’ PB Blaster, and when I use PB Blaster, somebody yells at
me for not using WE-40.. Dang!

rpeek says:

@cbhonda90 Good eye…

rpeek says:

@xaviervahidy Workin’ on it.

cbhonda90 says:

The bolts broke off because they were being tightened look at the rotation
of the wrenches in the video… ether way they broke off pretty easy. The
springs are there so it can flex and not brake the bolts off.

Bighappy says:

So why do you not use Safety Goggles or glasses? rust is never good for the
eyes.

Yung Josh says:

that muffler lived a good life and you had to humiliate it further by
spraying it with pb blaster jk use whatever you want rpeek

jdm velaz says:

Could remove that muffler like what you did in the video and run the car
without the muffler
