Great Video. There is a simplier way however.
2004 CRV – 1AAuto wanted only about $40 for a Black mirror, I order both sides so they would match. You do not need to unplug all the wires, Took less than 25 min. Follow the A1 instruct for popping door panel, no need to remove other plugs. You will have enough access to the Mirror cord to do all you need. Only remove the 4 phillips screws, pop the door panel and let it carefully hang while you unplug the mirror connection.both doors-very simple

Thanks for the video! Is the process the same for a 2008 Honda CRV,or is different for models after 06?

Thanks for the help!

I have to replace passenger side Mirror on my 2003 Honda CRV. Can you tell me when you changed the Mirror on passenger side, did you remove the door panel for connection as shown in video for driver side? Appreciate for your help. Thanks.

Thanks for the good instructions and very good video. I could change the passenger side mirror (which is slightly simpler) using following the instructions on this video.
Thanks a lot.

Superbly wonderful video! Just replaced the passenger side mirror on my mom’s 2003 CR-V. Saved her almost $300 in the process over having it done at a dealer or private shop. It was slightly less complicated than the driver’s side since there is no power mirror switch, trunk release, or power lock switch on that side. Thanks for posting this!!!!! Now I’m about to use your guide to replacing the cabin air filter. 🙂
