Can you take out the Lx and put it onto a new rear bumper ?
Prolly try and use a blow dryer to heat the decal and use an exacto knife
to lift it. If it don’t stick you can always use your preference of glue or
double sided tape.
Your best bet to get the correct door would be to call the dealership and
get a OE part number through them and then do a Google search for the part.
wow, it’s easy to replace the rear bumper, I can solve my problem.

The LX is just a stick on decal from the factory. You can remove it if you
are careful enough and attach it to another vehicle with the same adhesive.
We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows this particular
repair. We’ll keep this request in mind for any future repairs.
Awesome. Thanks, dude. But with a cracked bumper, what type of glue do you
use? I know that there many different types of plastics out there- and even
the Honda dealership couldn’t tell me what the type was.

If the bumper has a crack in it you may want to replace the bumper cover on
your Honda Civic.
