They should install just like the factory ones were.
You need to get this part changed out because the car will sway from left
to right a lot more without this and you could potentially lose control of
the vehicle.
Is important to change this par?t because my is broken I have to change
soon or I can drive?
50% of the sway bars we replace twist off at the bushing/bolt mounting area
due to the high use of salt on the roads in our area.
The Moog replacements I got are identical top and bottom, The stock ones I
pulled out also look to be identical top and bottom.

I recently changed this together with all the struct and shock. Thanks for
the video. But then I actually hear the load noise when turn. May be the
stabilizer bar link actually faulty or I install it wrongly. I do notice
both links is not 100% 90-degree, one end is a bit deform and point
slightly different angle. Is there a direction, something like the more
90-degree end should be at top, or at bottom?
