Hi! My car just has the hood release lever broken but I think the cable
still works. I have to have someone pull the wire out while I open the hood
because the silver-colored wire doesn’t stay put when I try to pull it.. it
keeps retracting. Is this cable still Ok? How do I replace the hood release
lever? Will I have to replace the cable as well?
