я пизданулся на серпантине из-за этих подножек, хуита полная. да и не удобные они

I have a set of these for my Valkyrie 2014. I was quite concerned about the mounts biting the engine guards and leaving a permanent dent or scratch, so a fellow motorcyclist suggested using a section of inner tube inside the mount. Unfortunately after three different attempts, the mounts are still sliding on the guard with that inner tune in there, and we even tried LocTite. How do you get these on without damaging the guards? I simply can't use mine because the minute I put the weight of my legs on them, they rotate and become useless.

samuel adams says:

Do they angle into the bike slightly I can’t tell left from right

Off The Grid Creations says:

Wow, this is an old video, but still helpful. For those who struggle with the small pin placement, I placed the pedal in a vice, held the pin with a pair of needlenose and tapped it in just enough to hold. Then I bolted the 2 pieces together to get the pins in all the way. Doesn't look like anything has changed in the pegs since 2021. It would be nice if they standardized the wrench sizes so we didn't need an entire tool box!

Grumpy OleMann says:

Do you think those will fit on the 2018 wing?

Matt says:

Love your videos. Would you do one with this same Ergo II setup but with the lighted footrests instead and how to wire those up? Needing a bit of DIY help with getting them connected. Thanks.

Richard Willis says:

Cruiseman, as a 2013 goldwing owner and new to goldwings, I purchased your dvds, thus I appreciate you and what you do for the goldwing community. I do have a question. My wing came with the heel and toe shifter and floorboards. The floorboards are restrictive and uncomfortable and I purchased some kuryakyn dually iso pegs to replace the boards. My question is to convert back to the pegs do I need additional parts to mount them? Two of the tech departments that I contacted do not seem to know. Thanks

rwrd2010 says:

do your legs ride on the rear sharp corners of the side fairings when your feet are up on the highway pegs?

PAUL MEYERS says:

Hi Cruiseman,
What do you think of these Highway pegs for the 2015 Goldwing with Airbag.

p.s. Awesome videos by the way 🙂

Goldwing Road Riders says:

Cruiseman, I love your videos, they are great! But can you lower the sound level of the parts that show the wrench on the nut ? I have the volume turned up so I can hear you, Then that LOUD MUSIC pops out there… It's very distracting…. IMHO

Roger Green says:

Take the leg and the foot peg, line the the roller pins up between them and tighten with a ratchet. It will force the roller pins into the foot peg. Worked easily for me.

zeke1883 says:

For someone who has never used or for that matter seen these on a goldwing, (this is my first goldwing)  It would be nice if the video included someone actually sitting on the bike using the frickin things, so one could get an idea about how they are supposed to work.

Paul Cocus says:

Agree with the other comment that the hardest part is getting the pins in the housing.  Also, calls out a wrong size hex wrench.

CallMeZeppo says:

Nice enough tutorial, but the most difficult part of the operation was omitted, getting the roll pins into the housing.
