While it may seem a bit intimidating at first, installing a back-up camera is a lot easier than what I originally thought. It was mainly connecting wire together and running them through the interior to the car. The entire process should take about an hour. Great Job. Lots of comments about actually showing running the audio wire. I ran mine today. Ran it from the disassembled area of the radio inside the car, under the column plastic sides (pushed on the plastic from one side and pulled from the other. Ran the cable under my driver seat, to the bottom of the door panel you showed. I did not take it off. Just pushed the cable underneath it and continued pushing it under the door panel until I got to the side. Ran it along side the back seat. Opened the back seat, exposing the trunk. Pushed the wire behind the felt cover, ran it through the trunk hood. My license plate is on the trunk. Above it are two license plate lights. Removed one of the lights and pushed the backup camera wires behind it, and put the license plate light back. Ran all the wires to the driver side tail lights to hook everything up there.
Im pretty sure you couldve run the wire through without having to make that ugly hole

a quick question.. if your kenwood has android auto, do you know where the parking wire is. I am not able to locate it in my accord 2010. all that it has is one thick wire with insulated plastic sheeting that is tied tightly to a joint.
