You can strengthen your handlebars on your older Honda snow blower by welding in supports and double bolting them and/or fix a cracked / broken bar by inserting a 1/2 inch by 3 inch conduit pipe and then welding a bead. I show you how here.
This is a fairly common problem on older Honda’s that have a height adjustment pedal due to the stress you put on the bars by lifting machine up to adjust the pedal.
