My sons car had this issue on the passenger side. Changed out the old one with new $70, and works great. We viewed your video in part before we started and got the basic idea… very helpful thanks!

Beth Lamar says:

so does the regulator need the cable to work? I just bought one off line and there is no cable, which on my old one there is one, which is the reason my window dont work!! Im so confused….

ArizonaAdventures says:

very good! glad you found the part alright and got the job done. sounds like you might just have to adjust that window a little bit higher then tighten the bolts holding the window in place.

ArizonaAdventures says:

🙂 thank you!

I followed your instructions and managed to install the window’s regulator on my 2002 Honda accord. I purchased the part from Napa Auto parts and it is a Dorman/Window Lift Motor Part Number: 741-766‏. Thank you your help.

My only concern is that when I am driving over 100Km, I have a air leakage sound. I am wondering if I have adjust it again. Please reply to my email at zahid0@gmail.com

Thanks in advance
Zahid
