Nathan Waters says:

Fixed my 09 Honda Civic. The auto body shop said they would need to replace the whole AC and it would cost $1,200. Thanks to this video, it was a $8 fix. Thank you so much!

Mandie’s Life says:

Is there a specific Freon that a Honda Civic 2009 needs?

FITsthetics says:

Dude thank you, 7.5amp freakin fuse!!!!

Giovani Gutierrez says:

After you switch out the ac relay does it take effect right away?

Kam M says:

Thanks bruh ! Ac abruptly stopped. Pulley was running but not the ac clutch. Followed ur suggestions (guess there’s freon when there’s hissing) and troubleshooted my relay as the problem. FYI viewers, shaking the relay doesn’t always tell you if its broken or not. Canadian 08 civic.

thomas alvarez says:

So do you switch the bottom blue fuse or the one right on top of it?

Helen Licharowicz says:

My Honda dealer is charging 49.50 for the relay . Is this a good price?

Bradley Prentice says:

Thank you. Everyone kept telling me to check my ac relay. I did not know exactly where exactly to find the ac relay in the box. Thanks to you I now know where exactly to find it and fix my minor problem. Been w/o ac for a year in the worst time of the season. Instead of having to pay a shop xxxx amount of $$$ for something that is so simple to fix. Please keep posting videos to help the average joe to fix their or someone's else's vehicle .

Cory Jones says:

worked on my 08 civic, thank you for sharing sir!!

Rich Boutin says:

Happened to my 2009. Less than a $10 fix, and super easy to change out.

Luis Martinez says:

My ac did not have Freon and it was straight air I tried adding freon after and nothing happened clutch is still off and won’t turn on

999wali says:

My Ac compressor only turns on when I firmly press my finger on the relay and push it in, the second I remove my finger the compressor turns off (it’s a new relay btw) any ideas?

Jermaine Beckford says:

I saved $1000 on a car for this broken relay. I wasn't taking any chances. Told the previous owner he could investigate and fix and I would give him the asking price but he didn't do that.

Took the car home, swapped the relay and that is indeed the problem

Butchie says:

Do you have to disconnect the battery first?

Insaf Ali says:

I can't get the relay out its like whats the easy way to remove it

Josh says:

Last year I had to change my relay clutch fuse as shown (4th fuse from top). Now my AC is blowing hot air again. So I tried to replace that same fuse again and it did not fix it. I can see the clutch relay spinning, so I know that is not the issue. What is the first fuse you show in the video (green 15 amp)? How do I check freon level? There are 2 ports on my 2008 civic lx and Im not sure which one to place the gauge on. Any help is greatly appreciated as it is super hot here and I dont want to drop a grand to fix my AC!

Chase Tinnel says:

Exactly what my problem was. Thanks for the video!

Waddup Mayne says:

Thank you! Will try!

thesoundpurist says:

didn t solve anything. All I did is loose freon. All I know is it was intermittently stopping and restarting by itself when the car stopped for a while.

Rosa Guzman says:

So my ac blows towards my feet but not towards me. Nor do the middle vents blow air either. What do you recommend

Nelson G. says:

Thank you!!! My ac works now!

twenty1ent manny says:

I try switching the relay but still no not working:(

Patricia Rotelli says:

I did it all to no avail. Parts store told me about pressure cap lower left of engine. Any videos please. I'm desperate. Thank you

Adam McDowell says:

You read the diagram wrong. The main pcm fuse is the 15amp one, the a/c clutch is a 7.5amp.

pointless opinion says:

Could you make a vid showing how to jump the ac pressure sensor? I have freon and clutch engages when jumped but the ac fan will not stay on so high pressure side goes through the roof.

Connor Bulch says:

Hey where can I get one of these relays for a 09 civic coupe also is there a specific relay I need?

April Lynn says:

Can I buy any relay to replace the bad one?
