How to fix a burnt out Honda ECU

This video will show you how to replace a burnt out Q31 transistor in a P28 ECU. This is a common problem when people do swaps. They plug the IAT sensor into the wrong plug. This will show you how to fix that.

92accord here . So can this resistor cause constant main relay issues . Or any bad points inside I should look for that mimics the no crank no start, with fuel pump power & then it cranks but no start and no fuel pump . It has flipped back and forth over the last 4 years .. now it just randomly starts up fine but could fail any moment. Could it be the ecu resistor or more a bad factory made relay.

Creeper stunts says:

I have 2 po5 ecu that stopped working my fuel pump won't prime d15b8
If I put the stock pm5 in it primes no problem for a d15b2
I'm not sure why it keep frying the ecu
Any help would be great

Do you still work on Ecu ‘s ?? I think mine is Burnt out and not sure why. I bought 1997 Integra with H 22 a swap. When I test drove the car everything was fine but once I parked it the next day it wouldn’t turn on when I turn the key usually out here click sound and then the motor would start and now today when I turn the key I don’t hear the click sound the dash has power lights have power in the engine cranks but no clicking so my fuel pump does not prime. I changed the main relay so now I’m thinking the only thing left is the ecu. But why would my AC burn out that is the question

West House says:

do you know anything about ic17?

I have a P28 ecu that keeps throwing code 4 for the crankshaft position sensor I've tried 3 different distributors resetting the check engine each time (disconnecting the battery and disconnecting the ecu)and the code still pops up automatically I'm thinking it's a bad ecu is there anyway to know for sure?
