Thanks for the help. I watched your instructions before doing my 2010
today. I too was unable to get the flat head screws out. I ended up
drilling them out. I believe I used a 1/4″ bit until the screw heads came
off, then with the rotor removed I used a 1/8″ bit to drill out the shank
of the screw. Note that on my 2010 the holes were open on the other side of
the hub, so drilling into the screw made it screw out the back side. On two
of the four screws I had to come back with a 9/64″ bit to get it to come
loose. Be aware that, if this doesn’t work, you might have to get an
easy-out to pull the remnants of the screw out. Don’t drill so large that
you damage the threads of the hub. Good luck.

Very nicely done Dan! One suggestion. To get rusted screws to turn, you
can use Hammer Screwdriver. It’s very helpful!!
