Nice video – the mower of course is new & clean but it helps to show individual parts. I'm going to R&R those cheap plastic bushings so my mower can go backwards.
So in order to replace the belt am I spposed to replace the whole transmission? The belt was never removed from the transmission. How do you get the belt off the transmission?
Couldn't just remove the blades, huh?
It’s challenging to find snap ring pliers small enough to use with these snap rings that aren’t complete trash.

I wish Honda would make their model numbers different instead of just adding an extra
letter to a existing, & slightly different, model number.
Someone should also make a video explaining the differences between these very similar model numbers

I am glad that you do. I was recently given a Honda self propelled mower and It has bad cables and who knows what else. when I pushed it to a temp resting place I could hear a grinding noise and the wheels in front are a little tipped outwards. So I just happened upon this video by the grace of god and a little help from google. Thank You for this tutorial.
