south west va and Bristol TN had rolling blackouts for 15 mins every hour on the hour for Christmas eve and Christmas morning the text said there's to much power being used , here's an idea how about we fix the rolling blackouts before adding even more strain on the grid. Makes no sense to me .we're I live it was -14 at night for the last week .
