So what does it mean when I can see most of the speedometer but the side
with the rpms and the temp guage is dark?

i tried this and it wasn’t it, but I checked the fuses both side and it
turned out the fuse from passenger side was blown – I took care of it- I
think number 10- and it came back -

Hi I have a 2011 Honda accord and I was trying to install some LEDs under
my dashboard and I was trying to get them work by connecting them to the
overhead light and I made a rookie mistake the -&+ touched and the ligth
doesn’t work no more neither the a/c does that has to do anything with the
a/c because they stopped working the same day
this was super cool.my daugter honda accord 1994 had this prblem but i
discover went i was in her car one night and the light did not work.i got
scare because was not safety for a teen to be driving like that,looking at
this video 3 to 4 time,I her mom took the car apart and fix it.thank you a
lot.

I did exactly what you said with the paperclip and that was the problem,
the lights came on with the bypass. Then i snipped it and ran the jumper
wire between the two and now it wont work, is there something i’m missing?

Honda actually did a safety recall on their v6 models for this problem.

thanks, this fix worked wonderful on my 2000 honda accord, we had already
changed the computer once, and it lasted about a week, then was black for a
yr. and now it works again,

it didnt work i also changed the light bulbs and i tryed the fueses and the
switch evrything i justwanted to see what the cables im suppose to connect

I’m trying to find out the same thing. My gauge lights quit working after
installing an aftermarket radio, so I think it’s pretty obvious that this
is what happened…But don’t know if this will work on an ’02 Civic. Did

We did this, it works for the low beams and parking lights; but goes off
