I have a 91 Civic and there is a stereo currently in the vehicle but the
previous owner was Masonite or something and disconnected it somehow. It
will turn on and stay on, but I don’t get a greeting or anything like that.
I’ve checked the wiring, fuses, and antenna cable a billion times already
and still it won’t work. Any ideas?

is the AMP wire ALWAYS blue and white? I have the same car and I am running
an amp in my car.

it can be just blue ,youll want to hook that wire to the remote turn on so
your amp will turn on and off with the radio
