Assuming the vehicle has no issues that would cause it to go bad, do the
denso sensors last a while? I had a family member mention purchasing denso
over some of the other brands, but he didn’t really say why.
Hey the video didnt show u connecting the back o2 sensor. Did your adapter
fit ok? Cause I ordered the same parts you did cost roughly about $200. And
my adapter clip did not fit for the back o2 sensor. Jw if u had the same
problem?
Hi there,
You are great. Thank you so much.
I appreciate you if you show how I can replace Knock Sensor in Honda CR-V
2002 EX (same as you). I have my check engine ON with P1167 & P0325 codes.
I have replaced O2 sensors but I could not find how to replace Knock
Sensor. If you have any idea please let me know. Again, thank you so much
for teaching me how I can save my money through your videos.
God bless you.
Hello, Mr. Comics. Thanks a lot for this video. Very informative and very
easy to understand, as your other videos. I have a couple of questions and
hope you would kindly answer. Do you remember what OBD II trouble code or
codes you had which indicated it is a Cat oxygen sensors malfunction? What
are the OEM and Denso part numbers for both sensors? Thanks again. You have
been a great help.
Figured it out. Look at the new sensor and find the tiny nub on the top on
the opposite end of where the wires go into the connector. This is the part
that is holding the connectors together. Look at the one still under your
car, closest to the wires there is a piece of plastic that goes over the
top with a little opening underneath it. Take a tiny screwdriver into that
opening and push in to force the plastic up and over that nub. Then you can
pull the connector loose.
@patryric Pat… just did them, no milage yet on them. certain sensors wil
not be good for the car. I was told Denso will work. We;ll see soon enough.
I could have brought hte sensors in for a testing. before I paid the money.
that may be the ticket for you, taking off the sensor to test. My cat may
be shot I know it sounds like it is 50K miles ago.
Thanks for the video. It would have been good to see how you used the
screwdriver to unclip the wiring harness. I’m trying to figure that out now
b/c I can’t get them unclipped. Back to my car….
@ajchien the diameter is 7/8th I believe. looking at the sensor tehy’ll say
it as well show tools. tehy are al, I shouldsay some to most, the samesize.
My Job is done , on this video. we all learn some things. thanks. Just
remember the code can come back. Ifound that I tricked my system later on,
to extend my repair, as I am and was in a decision to sell.
Its fucking amazing anyone who actually wants to watch this has managed to
find it. Spell check my friend is a fantastic tool (not like you) that
shows you how to correctly spell complicated words such as “oxygen” for
example. You should check it out some time.
I reordered again these sensors. so when I am near inspection the new one’s
will go on, and after inspection they will go off and will be put away till
next time.
Thank you so much for posting this video. Had a check engine light and
pulled up the codes involved. Doing a google search I found your video. I
ordered the parts and after watching your video my husband replaced the 2
sensors and cleared the codes. You saved us a lot of money. Thanks for
taking the time to help people.

hello
what is the size of socket?
My crv 99 front sensor is totally different from yours. Mine goes trough
the roof to under the seat, how you want me remove that?

Everyone’s a critic… I found this video without spell check, so perhaps
the other poster needs to learn to use google better
