I wedged strips of anti-slip between the rear deck and the rear windshield.
That significantly reduced the rear deck rattle. Good luck!
Best music ever!!!
Fixed my plate and sun roof wind screen with two empty cigarette packs lol
gonna try your trunk method now
Best music ever!!!
Best part about this video is your taste in music. Legend.

Repositioning the trunk latch made a noticeable difference on my my sixth
gen honda accord
Just a question would this also work for a 95 honda accord? I think I might
have to try this. My rear deck rattles like beer can goin down the road so
ill be gettin that wrapped but if I can get the trunk to stop rattling
he’ll save me a few bucks ya kno. Nice job on the video to
Thanks man! I kinda left the stereo shop bummed because of serious
ratteling, but i just shoved socks in the part where you showed me in my
2011 Civic, and its all good!
Here’s how to fix the problem:
STOP PUTTING SUBWOOFERS IN THE TRUNK!
The trunk is meant for storing things, NOT FOR MAKING MY HOUSE SHAKE AND
RATTLE WITH YOUR SHITTY MUSIC!
dang i fixed my license plate rattle by folding tape and screwing it tight
lolol. Naaww i used the ghetto cardboard method. still there after rain and
snow.
yes!! Of Mice & Men!!
i like your music….
You have that backward 10mm is metric 13/32 is “English”.
I have this prob with my 07 impala but my trunk does not have screws. What
should I do ??
you mean blots
how were you able to keep your stock stereo
the flood? etf?
I have an 07 impala but my trunk does not have screws. Do u know another
way I can reduce the rattle ??
have you found a way to stop the rear deck rattling? I get it all the time
and I think its the loudest
Buy some DYNAMAT for under the the trunk lid, is works wonders
Good choice in music !!!! Of Mice And Men are awsome
Haha, funny you should mention that! I bought a new amp this pay-day and
dynamat is what I’m getting next pay-day. You seem like you might know, how
can I get the white clip dis-engaged on the side airbag panels? The red
clips are easy enough but that white one doesn’t just pop and I’m scared I
might break it if I pull too hard.
did u get the back dash to stop
Gotta get those points that do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Hahaha, I got it mainly
for the Game Informer subscription that was included, but now I’ve let it
run out.
Thanks Man For this Man I was looking for a Video for trunk rattling
forever , and How far away could you hear those ?
Dude. You wanna see rattle? Watch my vid lol
@vee4free No problem,I’ve also finally figured out how to fix the rattle on
the C pillar, car is completely silent now other than the bass itself.
That’s quite a good idea, my trunk has started rattling again so I might
try this.
Haha, heck yeah. To be honest I don’t like the new song I heard from the
re-release of The Flood…sounds like they completely changed their whole
style. Maybe it will grow on me though.
THAT’S PRODUCT OF A MURDER BY OF MICE OF MEN!!!! sounds awesome because
that is what i listen to. great video
Double sided tape
thanks for the vid. I have the 09 model and I’ve been looking for a fix as
well
Thanks man saw your post on the forum
@RedneckNit09 Always happy to help.
Mine does not, however I believe that all the civics 2007 and after do, and
I think the higher trim models do. I installed my own ipod/auxillary plug,
but the quality is very low, to the point that I don’t even use it.
I’ve tried both ways, but with them facing the back it actually reduced the
rattle because the deck is more securely attached toward the back then
toward the seat.
What is that called that you put on the back of the license plate
i just put a piece of cardboard behind the license plate and inside the
trunk where the rattle comes from and it fixed the problem :p
nerds
If clip brakes, they sell replacement clips at Kragen,PepBoys,Oreilly’s.
the best way to fix is it just get a type of tape thats sticky and thick
and just go over it as many times needed untill it stops ratlling
eventually like the trunk vents? find a way to do that just get alot of
tape basically its metal on metal so just put something inbetween
everything
Dynamat will fix your rear boot mainly : ) good stuff!
No problem, glad I could help!
product of murder Of mice & men FUCK YES
I just had 2 12″ subwoofers installed in my honda civic and I had the same
rattling problems. This video helped so much man, thank you!
This was very helpful ive got a 2011 civic and have been having problems
with a rattle on the inside i believe its the entire back panel. I took off
my speaker grills and stuffed foam all over but still have a terrible
rattle. Ill try the side air bag panels next. Thank you for the vids.
just get an aftermarket radio. stock radios are literally crap
It snaps back very easily.
