Sucks more cars need the crazy expensive scan tool. My buddies Honda had to have one to clear a fault for the steering rack. We unplugged the steering rack wiring harness. Even though we disconnected the battery an hour earlier. All so we could change a clutch.
I like older cars… I think like 1996-2007ish depending on manufacturer is rhe sweet spot … Good power great reliability and just enough technology to be modern but still easily repaired…. My whole life i sas poor drive beaters and then i got older got ny ish together bout a almost new truck and hated it… Way to many computers and features some good but mostly bad… I should be able ro donuts without pressing buttons or going through 7 screens… Ill pass on plan obsolescence…. Ive seen 2000s cars with 500,000 miles, throwing 8 codes still driving on original drivetrain
Just drive the damn thing. If the lights are due to loss of communication. Drive it a mile. And I bet those lights will go out on that crv. Even after u changed that deep cycled battery
Factory batt last two years. That aint Honda
commercial… just drive it for free
Or just drive 50 feet and all the codes go away
My 3140 does the exact same thing.
Could’ve ended bad for you
Seems to me like you forgot to plug in the memory saver in the first place wow
