Try another bulb. It may be bad. And also check for dirty contacts on the bulb and light assembly.

I recently (3 days ago) Installed a 12 LEDs in my Accord dome. I wasnt very impressed with the brightness so add another set of 12 LEDs making it 24 LEDs! Now its bright and white in the car at nights. I had bought 2 sets on eBay for $3.99
